Booking Information

  • Free 30 minute consultation is needed before any event can be scheduled.

  •  $200 rate per hour for events but may fluctuate depending upon event conditions.

  • 50% of all deposits are do at contract signing the remaining balance is due 14 days before event date.

  • Damage fee deposit is due on day of event. Standard events are $250, larger events with guests 65 or more are $500.

  • Events for Clients under the age of 21 have to have supervised attendance by adult age 25 or older.

  • Events with 50 or more guests must have security at time of event, if needed our company will outsource and client will be responsible for fees.

  • All events are allowed 45minutes before and after time of event for set up and cleaning maintenance.

  • Our event is privately owned and provides parking, renovated kitchen, full luxury bathroom and a spacious space that can be separated into two rooms.
